2 years of software engineering US experience with Masters Degree. Do I have any chance for PNP from any of the provinces?

I got 390 points overall which is very low for federal express entry. I was aiming for Alberta PNP but I just found out Alberta now requires valid job offer for PNP. I am outside of Canada. I am looking if I have any chance for PNP from any of the provinces.
I got 8 CLB in English test. I have 2 years of demonstrable US work experience as a software developer. I also have Masters degree from the US.
