[talk] Anyone remember a chemical plant explosion with footage of bleeding pedestrians around 2020 or 2021?

I have this certain memory of a vertically filmed video of the aftermath of a chemical plant explosion somewhere in the US with videos of people with their limbs unattached or bleeding on the streets, and I've looked for it for a long time but simply couldn't find any trace of it. The video was of a guy filming as I said bleeding and crawling pedestrians somewhere in the US. I'm certain it was from 2020 or 2021 but anything more than that I've forgotten the details.
