Backpacking Goa Solo in December 25M— Hostels, Plans & Meetups?

Hey guys! I’m from Dubai and heading to Goa solo from Dec 21 – Jan 5. Budget’s around 50–60K INR, and I’m looking to keep it super backpacker-style — chill hostels, social vibes, day trips, scooters, beach hopping, parties, all of it.

I’ve been to Goa once before but want to do it properly this time — meet cool people, join random plans, explore new spots, and just have a good time.
