Order Fulfillment Question.

So, I’ve been seeing, after ordering, that a lot of people haven’t/hadn’t gotten their Eden Hoodie orders from late November. Mine was more recent, December 4th, and I’m curious if anyone has some sort of time frame on when to expect them? Should they be here before Christmas? It had me download the Shopify app, but all it says is FedEx Ground and it’s on the way. No tracking or anything. First time ordering anything, so I’m just looking for information more than anything. Any information helps! Thanks!
