Need Career Advice: 6 Years in BDE, Good Salary but No Growth or Learning Left??

I’ve been working as a Senior Business Development Executive at a service based IT company for the past 6 years. The company itself is around 11 years old. I started as an intern, grew within the same company, and now manage a small team.

The management is happy with my performance and the pay is decent for my role.

But I’ve hit a point where there are no new challenges, no learning opportunities, and no real career growth left internally. The work has become very repetitive and I don’t feel like I’m progressing anymore.

I tried exploring job switches, but almost every offer I’m getting is either:

• lower than my current salary, or
• at the same level but from companies similar in size or even smaller than my current one.

I also considered relocating to Pune or Bangalore, but the compensation offered doesn’t match the cost of living there.

Right now I feel stuck. The job is stable and pays well, but I don’t see a long term path for myself here.

Has anyone faced something similar? What would you suggest I do next?
