If Opal is too expensive and Screen Time is useless… what actually works?
I’ve been trying to get my screen time under control, and honestly… screen time is basically useless for me at this point. I override it without even thinking. It’s like muscle memory at this point lol.
I looked into Opal because a lot of people mentioned it, but the price was a hard no. I’m not paying a full annual subscription just to stop myself from opening Instagram when I’m bored.
So now I’m just trying to figure out what people actually use instead.
Something that isn’t super easy to bypass, doesn’t feel gimmicky, and ideally doesn’t cost as much as a streaming service.
If you’ve found any solid alternatives any apps, tricks, weird setups, whatever I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you. I feel like everyone has that one thing that finally made them stop my scrolling loop. What are y'all using?
