Hangzhou East Train Station Luggage Storage Facilities

Hello, I am planning a short layover in Hangzhou East train on my way from Shanghai to Yiwu. I will have to medium sized suitcases with me that Inwould like to deposit in the Hangzhou Eat train station for few hours and visit the city. I do not mind paying for the storage as long it is safe to store my luggage.

Anyone can provide any updated info about luggage storage facility? Travel time is around third week of January. Thanks a lot.
