Lease return requirement for tires on Lucid Gravity

I have a lease on the Lucid Gravity Grand Touring with the largest wheels 22”/23”. It has sport tires, unlike the all season tires on smaller wheels. It wasn’t ever my first choice to get the large wheels, but my sales representative kept on pushing for this inventory-ready configuration for the maximum incentive discounts.

I know summer tires typically have thinner treads and wear out faster, so I’m anticipating that I need to replace the tires before I return the vehicle after my 3 year lease. Couple questions on what my replacement tire can be:

1. Can I switch to all season tires? Or do I have to keep it the same (summer tires)?

2. are there requirements for the brand of the replacement tire? Or can I just get the cheapest brand I can find?
