How to find a good PR agent for a moving company budget 3-5K montly

I’m looking for recommendations on solid PR agencies in the U.S. that actually understand the moving industry. I have a moving company located in Boston. Most agencies I find are either overpriced, too generic, or have zero experience with home-service businesses.

Has anyone here worked with a PR agency that delivered real results—media placements, local news features, influencer outreach, etc.—specifically for service companies or movers?
