A quick action ASAP - Home Office Consultation on £12,570 Additional Income Barrier. for ILR

Hi all, if you haven't already please fill in the consultation on the proposals to retroactively introduce an extra £12,570 per year income requirment for ILR, to have been met by the dependant spouse. This proposal as it stands would apply to those ALREADY ON the route, lengthening the 5 year route with additonal visa renewals.

"When completing the consultation, please ensure that you identify “Spouse of a British Citizen” as a group that should be also exempt from the £12,570 earnings requirement. Additionally, select “Strongly Disagree” in response to the proposal to exclude transitional arrangements as a lot of people get confused here due to the question being vague."
