Rebooking flight destination?

Hi!

Last week, I booked a one-way ticket flight from Mnl-Ceb for May next year, then planned to buy the return ticket this 12.12 seat sale.

Earlier, I was browsing the flight since CebPac announced that 12.12 is now available for booking. Idk what happened to me, think I got too excited and booked Mnl-Ceb again to my supposed return date because I saw it was cheaper 😭

I didnt realized this mistake until it’s already confirmed and booked 😭 (i know i know my fault huhu) I tried to rebook it on the “manage booking” but there wasnt any option to change the destination. (So frustrated at this point really)

By then, I was trying to talk to an agent, but the website kept on crashing and wasnt loading. But I continued to wait, also searching on the internet if its possible to rebook. (They were saying it is not possible)

Until such time I got to talk to an agent, fortunately they can rebook it, but unfortunately (on my part) the rebooking cost/fees is unbelievably expensive 17k 😭 — booking again cost much cheaper tho.

So, anong kwentong lutang nyo? Eme 🥹

Anyone experience this, what did you do? Or ako lang lutang hehe
