FNAF 3 PREDICTION/THEORY/VID IDEA ALL IN ONE (with some evidence!)

SpoilerTheory Video Suggestion

Ok. So we all know that the films are based on the games, yea? And even if minor events are all shuffled around/modified, the general story stays the same, yea? Well my fellow theorists. I have a theory that I believe may predict events in the third film. Warning for abhorrent ramblings ahead, I just watched the 2nd movie.

MIKE AFTON ISN’T MIKE AFTON, IT’S LIZ*.*

General evidence without context and in no particular order: Baby being in Vanessa’s nightmare, Mike appearing to almost cry like a child when Vanessa rejects his offer, Mike appearing uncannily neat and tidy, Mike appearing to worship William, Mike directly going to intense violence when his offer’s rejected, his “cheery” tone, Mike being able to order the toys and Charlie by relation around, a family photo in the nightmare only having three children, Vanessa being the only child in the house during the nightmare.

Now, let me explain my thought process here;

Number one: His reaction to Vanessa refusing to re-join the family.

starts out as normal dejection, but appears to quickly shift to a similar pout you’d see on a child who’s about to start crying. One could brush it off as a guilt strategy, but if that’s the case, why did he stop himself? Why did he appear to force himself to stop crying? If he wanted to guilt Vanessa, he would‘ve kept going! The only reason Mike, a fully grown man, would ever be on the verge of tears over a familial rejection would be if he was either incredibly emotionally mature, or if he wasn’t a fully grown man.

Then it goes on to his reaction after he stops himself from crying; the instant violence. He orders the toys, and Charlie by association, to crush their bones. Even William isn’t that violent when he’s being direct. And yes, William did have those torture Freddies, but those were only used when William wasn’t able to do the job himself. In all instances where it was William who directly committed the crime, he used a mere kitchen knife! Even in the nightmare, it’s just a knife! However, who in the Afton family has a history of committing intense and purposeful acts of violence? She operates the scooper in sister location, she is the one with the giant jaw-arm in pizzeria simulator.

Number two: How he presents himself.

He is incredibly well dressed, with his purple shirt and security badge standing out the most. As everyone here knows, purple is William’s colour, so that’s already a big red/purple flag.

Then there’s his hair. It’s flat, it’s almost oily (if my memory serves me correct), and rather thin. Like someone tried to make it look professional, but fell short.

His skin is another thing i’d like to point out. Now, yes, this could be the lighting, but to me he looks far, FAR more sickly skin-colour wise. It looks desaturated compared to the other characters, especially in the face area.

Number three: His behaviour.

The personality he wears while trying to get what he wants is very polite, talkative, “friendly”, and even a bit showman like. Even when his true colours are revealed and he becomes highly aggressive, he still has this level of cheeriness to him that one could easily compare to childishness. It’s as if he’s playing a game that he hates losing.

Like when Vanessa rejected his offer to re-join the family, Mike becomes incredibly violent if he loses his “games”. However, he becomes smug and borderline proud when he wins, like when causing the murder of the Spectral Scoopers cast.

This alone proves that he lacks regard for anyone who is against him and his father, seeing Vanessa as a traitor and everyone else as mere pests. All of whom deserve to die a horrible death on the spot.

Despite this, he clearly managed to befriend Charlie somehow, as he’s able to command the toys she controls.

Number four: His opinions of his father.

He basically worships the ground William stood on, wanting nothing more than to follow his legacy and to try and drag Vanessa with him. It gets to the point where he tries to order her death as if she committed treason and must be executed. He even sacrifices the Spectral Scoopers to Charlie to get the job done.

What are the differences between Movie M.A. and Games M.A., and who could Movie M.A. possibly resemble?

#1: Game Mike, as a fully grown man with deep guilt and regret who has shown time and time again that he wants his father gone, he wouldn’t even think about asking Vanessa to come back to the family. If anything, he’d leave with her! Not to mention he most likely wouldn’t cry if Vanessa didn’t want anything to do with him, he’d probably understand considering his own guilt.

#2: Game Mike, in the few times we do see him in-game, only dresses in an attire similar to Movie Mike after sister location. All his other appearances (whilst being from his childhood) imply a more roughed up style for his casual wear.

#3: As a child, Game Mike is known to be a massive bully. Sure, he can fake being nice, and that would potentially continue into his adulthood…if it weren’t for his brother’s death. Whilst I could be incorrect, I’d be surprised if a man in Mike Afton’s situation would be anything other than determined for redemption, depressed, or highly aggressive. Things that Movie Mike is 100% not. Not to mention Game Mike appears to take things far more seriously, burning buildings with him inside to make sure his father stays dead.

#4: Game Mike does not like his dad. He makes an active effort to put William down a fair few times, and at no point is it ever stated that he praised his father’s actions.

As for who Movie Mike could be the most like? Well, who in the games is known for a childish attitude (due to being a child), who worships the ground William walks on, who is known for “dressing up”, who has committed violent acts directly or via giving an order to do so, and likes to trick people into getting themselves killed? That’s right! ELIZABETH AFTON.

Where i’m going with this:

The TLDR? Ennard.

The long version? As we all know, in Sister Location, Mike gets his guts scooped out by Elizabeth so she, in the form of Ennard, can crawl inside and pretend to be him, only for him to puke Ennard back out a good while later.

As we see in the minigame/cutscene that features Mike strolling down the street, Mike doesn’t turn purple right away. He actually looks perfectly fine for a good long while. Not to mention he’s wearing a far more simplistic version of Movie Mike’s attire. If Mike being scooped happened in the film universe, it would explain several things; like Mike’s desaturated skin colour, his uncanny cheeriness, his inability to care for most people, his worship of William, his violent nature. All those traits match with Elizabeth as Baby/Ennard, not Mike himself.

As for how Vanessa didn’t notice anything being wrong? Simple! Mike probably left shortly after she arrived in the Afton family, and the other two kids had already died long before. My evidence for THAT being mostly located within Vanessa’s nightmare. There are family photos with three children, yet Elisabeth is yet to be mentioned. Not only that, but Circus Baby is in the nightmare, her eyes changing from blue to green (if i remember correctly). Now this automatically implies that Vanessa and Elizabeth are two seperate kids, as if Vanessa was Elizabeth, she’d be inside Baby already.

And on top of that, we have the photo from the first film. It’s just William and Vanessa. you’d think the entire family would be there! But they’re not, so the only explanation is that they’ve all died and/or left. This also implies that Vanessa was either adopted, or Mrs Afton died in childbirth, as she is also not present in the photo with Vanessa and William.

This, as stated earlier, would mean that the reason Vanessa never noticed Mike’s change in personality was because she didn’t actually know his real one! She didn’t spend enough time with the only living Afton child for her to be able to spot the differences.

Not to mention this means that the Baby appearance in the nightmare could actually be foreshadowing. A way to tell both Vanessa and the Audience that Elizabeth is far, far closer than you think.

It also gives Liz a pretty damn good motive; Vanessa is the only living member of the Afton family who, up until recently, obeyed Afton. She is the closest thing to William that Elizabeth has access to. That’s why “Mike” was about to cry when Vanessa refused to join back into the Afton family! Because Liz is a little kid who believes she’s lost her family all over again. It’s also why “Mike” snaps back immediately after, because Liz is trying to play pretend properly.

One can even have a mini-theory that Vanessa was adopted to replace Elizabeth, explaining William’s incredibly violent declarations of family during the nightmare and possibly even being the thing that pushed Movie Mike out for good. Vanessa was supposed to be Liz 2, and Mike couldn’t stand it.

Timeline:

Kids are dead, Mrs Afton is either dead or she left. William adopts Vanny, Mike leaves soon after. Vanny grows up with all the trauma™. Movies start, Mike gets scooped at some point during. Ennard/Elizabeth goes skin-suit mode and pretends to be Mike. ”Mike” tries to convince Vanessa to come back to the Afton family, she refuses.

My prediction for FNAF3:

Ok, we’re finally here. So, I bet ”Mike” is going to go to Fazbear Frights to check stuff out and find William. Dunno why, dunno how. ”Mike” would most likely be accompanied by “Marionessa“ Either because of Henry or because parents would take their kids to the attraction or something else idk. Over the course of the film, ”Mike” will start looking more and more ill. Anywho, there’s gonna be flashbacks of Sister Location events in the film, mostly the latter half. Perhaps there’s gonna be a HUGE fight, maybe ”Mike” wants to kill Henry, maybe ”Mike” is trying to stop everyone burning William, who knows. Either way, ”Mike” starts freaking OUT during it, shirt getting torn off to reveal a GIANT GAPING HOLE with wires inside. Everyone’s horrified. “Mike” goes ‘screw it’ and starts monologuing about who and what she really is. About what she did to the real Mike Afton. Everyone is even more horrified. Then it gets worse as Ennard/Liz start forcing their way out of Mike’s skin like it’s a costume. Body horror heaven here folks, use your imagination. Eventually, Mike’s hollow skin hits the ground, leaving Ennard/Liz fully exposed yet less restricted as now she doesn’t have to pretend to be Mike anymore. Perhaps either Abby, Charlie or Vanessa help Mike become his well-known purple, hollow self, so that he can help right his wrongs and stop his little sister. It works, William gets burnt, Liz separates from the rest of Ennard to go and save her dad, Schmidt and Vanessa make up, Charlie is set free via either Henry, Abby or Vanessa, all is good. Vanessa and Schmidt help Mike get back on his feet and find a disguise (because he’s a hollowed out zombie), and he explains the rest. Movie end, yay. Post credit could be Elizabeth managing to drag William out of the fire.

TLDR for the whole thing:

Mike Afton is actually Elizabeth/Ennard wearing him like a skin suit, and this will be revealed in the third movie alongside all the fnaf 3 stuff.
