Tirtir Cushion foundation

My go to has been the Maybelline 128 Warm nude foundation (Full coverage) and i recently purchased the mini Tirtir cushion foundation. On application it looks great, but as the day goes, it starts to wear off in places making it look patchy/ cakey. Another observation - after applying the foundation i use the Tirtir setting spray to set the base but each time I use it, i immediately notice my under eye area turning ash grey. Is it something to do with the my technique application or something? Having said that, i never use a concealer and does it have something to do with that?
