Rejected from credit card, worth applying again at solid income w/o job?

A few months ago i wasted a lot of time trying to get a credit card (westpac) just to be rejected because i dont have a job (I started my own business, and was only earning a few thousand a month). Is it worth applying again now that I'm earning significantly more? ($100,000 profit last month). Or would I still be rejected? genuine question, because they said without a stable income (job) i'm unable to get credit card. For reference, I'm also relatively young and have never had a job before
