Longsword of Four Evangelists [KCD2]

Is there a way to recieve tier 4 of this weapon via console commands?

I unfortunately kicked the npc who gives this sketch out so my only luck is console commands. When i put the command they give on internet i get the weapon tier 3 and the sketch command just not work.

any ideas?
