Kapag unusually higher than market ang price, automatic reported buong project as potentially fraudulent, in which case lahat ng materials ay iccompare sa market prices.
- Pwede rin ireport ng mga citizens kapag may sira ang infrastructure.
- Kapag nagkaroon ng major damage ang infra within the stated lifespan, flagged ang DPWH officials na nagmanage, contractors na naghandle, at politicians na nagrequest. Bababa ang ratings nila
