What if Jedi Dooku fought Darth Maul in Naboo? Who would win?

For this to happen, assume Dooku never left the order and never knew Darth Sidious. He volunteers to go with Qui Gon and Obi Wan upon learning the fight on Tatooine. He is still disillusioned, just that he still believes that change is still possible for the order.

Maul never retreats from the fight and duels Dooku. Qui Gon and Obi Wan help Padme and entrust the Sith assassin to Dooku to be dealt with.

Bonus: How would Obi Wan and Anakin turn out as a Jedi and duelist with Qui Gon alive and Dooku remaining a Jedi? How different would their lightsabers skills with Dooku providing additional training?
