New Player here, Need Advice

Hello all, I'm a new player of The Division 2, having started the game just two days ago. The game, especially the UI, feels overwhelming.

I tried watching guides for beginners on YT, but most seem outdated since the game is now 6 years old, and something has changed, plus each guide presents a completely different approach, some suggest focusing on early builds, some dont before maxing lvl
