Can I use the same SEO keywords on multiple product pages

Hey everyone
I have been on Shopify for a while, but SEO is still pretty new to me. I am trying to figure out how keywords work when you have products that are similar.

For example, if I have a maxi dress and a skirt that target the same type of customer, is it okay to use the same keywords on both product pages or does that hurt SEO
And what about extra terms like plus size or custom made Should I put those on every product that fits, or only use them on certain pages to avoid overlap

Would love to hear how you structure keywords across similar products.
