unsure how to implement it

hii everyone, i am f26 and i have been interested in this topic for quite some time. however, i have not been able to live according to it in my relationships so far. how do i bring up the topic with my next partner? should i just start behaving like a little one in slow steps and hope that it comes across or should i communicate?
