Head lamp suggestions

Hi everyone, looking to buy a headlamp for my father who occasionally works as a mechanic, can you guys give me some guidelines? I would go for battery life and brightness and I wouldn't like to spend more than 30/40 euros.

Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated
