Confused about process as an international student

I want to study un germany and I have been researching. I know that I dont have 13 years of education and have to apply to a studien kollege but for that I need B2, I decided to study german and apply for winter, which is okay. But I dont know how I am going to apply for studienkollege. I heard that It will be forwarded by uni-assist. But then there is APS (academic Evaluvation Service). I just came to know about TEST As and I have to submit it. and I also have to give Augnahmeprüfung after I get accepted into one. I am not complaining and I will happily give these exams. But I am now confused about the timelines and chat gpt is making the process look way harder then it already is. If you are from India and have gone to germany and studied just after 12th, no enterance. How did you do it, can you please help me out?

Ps: I had PCM in class 12th State board and want to study W kurs, is it possible as APS said I am elligible for studienkollege but only to restricted courses.
