So I'm job hunting thanks to restructuring and mostly seeing normal jobs postings until I find one on linkedin that links through to a page with the following:

To apply for this job, talk to Jack.

This is a job that Jill is helping to recruit for on behalf of one of our customers. To apply:

Step 1. Visit our website via this link.

Step 2. Click 'Talk to Jack to apply'.

Step 3. Login with your LinkedIn profile.

Step 4. Talk to Jack for 20 minutes so he can understand your experience and ambitions.

Step 5. Jack will work for you, pitching you to the hiring manager. If they would like to meet you, Jack will make the introduction and help you ace the interviews. If not, Jack will find you excellent alternatives. All for free.

Who are Jack and Jill?

Jack’s an AI talent agent. He works for you.

Once he gets to know you, he’ll pitch you to the hiring manager for this role via Jill.

Jill is the AI agent working for the company.

If it's a match, they'll make the intro and Jack will help you ace the interview.

In the meantime, if you would like, he’ll find unmissable jobs

All for free.

I don't have time for this AI nonsense. Anyone else seen this pop up?
