Player Three Prime: 5090 RMA

Hello Reddit!

I recently bought a Player Three Prime 5090 FE edition from nzxt on 11/17.

Now, I’ve been using the pc since it arrived almost a couple days later. Worked just fine until today when a DRAM red light showed up on the motherboard. After going through a troubleshoot process and finding out the 1/3 ram stick pins are bad. Since it boots with 2/4 being used. We started the RMA process and I got off the phone.

Oddly enough It’s been around 20 mins and hadn’t received the shipping label. It’s my work computer so I booted it back up with 2/4 ram slots. When I noticed it no longer gets Ethernet connection. So I called back and found out the reason why I hadn’t received the prepaid shipping label was because my email was incorrectly typed.

According to a technician it fully unloaded itself. Also noting possible motherboard issue.

I’ve emailed back a couple times and even now asking questions about the tower case that was used so I can buy the right packaging contents from their website and still haven’t heard back.

I’ll be updating my RMA process here as things change. Am waiting for the proper shipping packaging and then will be sending it out same day.

Hoping this goes smooth as I’ve heard some horror stories.
