LCA, and possible amendment question - Upcoming appointment
Hi All,
Have seen similar posts here, and was reading through but was a bit unclear on conclusions. So, asking here.
Have my appointments coming up in the second week of Jan. Booked tickets, and was collecting all of the documents. Case got approved late October.
Background:
Had my petition approved late October. Was a weird case wherein I was supposed to move (already notified to the company early this year so they were aware at the time of filing) of which location I was to move. However, this move was supposed to happen after the filing.
So, the lawyers included both the offices, the location I was working from at the time of filing, and the proposed office location closer to the home location where I intended to move.
Moved within a couple of months of filing while the application was still under process, and immediately submitted an online location change request with USCIS including the case number on there. Petition got approved a month or so after my move.
Now I've been working from the new location where I moved, which is relatively close to the office but is still a fair commute, though within a 50 miles radius. So, I largely work remote, going in not that often every week as you would in a typical hybrid arrangement, which the employer mentioned is fine. Question is, and I am still curious, does this require an LCA amendment, and therefore an amended petition?
