How does the community feel about short painted toenails? (Feet)

Insecure about my feet as my nails are currently very short… does this matter to buyers?

My feel are also susceptible to dryness and cracking but are currently very soft and well moisturized. Is it a huge turn off if there were to be evidence of dryness?
