MOP classic pvp enhance question

Hello ! I currently run enhance/ ret in 2v2, one of the problems is how much we spend chasing and/or get kited. I was wondering what are the best weapon imbues on my enhancement shaman? Currently i run windfury flametonge but should I run windfury frost to keep people slowed easier ?
