i get the premise of it regarding hrt (things like voice) but i think when it comes to things that need surgery, it’s the opposite. i have big lumps of fat on my chest that get in the way of everything. trans women can get tits w hrt and have no chest scarring typically. mtf bottom surgery is also less invasive imo. ++ I meet taller women way more than i do men my height (5’3)
