100 Wellesley Apartment

I just submitted an application for rental at Wellesley Apartment. They are affordable and i work near to the place. Went there and the place looked nice, however there are a lot of negative reviews that are making me second guessing. Biggest issue for me is that of rodents, mice and roaches. Anyone knows anything about it? Any help is appreciated.
