Thoughts on SSMC?

Micron, Global foundries, UMC are usually mentioned when talking about prominent semiconductor players in SG. But what about SSMC? They are a joint venture between NXP from Netherlands and TSMC from Taiwan. Are they doing as well as the other MNCs? Is SSMC also an MNC? Wonder if their working culture/benefits are more like their European or Asian founders. Curious if anyone has any stories to share as their Glassdoor reviews seem to be not so good…
