Would a server with the following specs work for hosting a Minecraft server just for friends (spotted on Facebook marketplace)

Specs: • Model: Dell PowerEdge T20 • CPU: Intel® Xeon® E3-1225 v3 @ 3.2 GHz (4 cores / 4 threads, 8 MB cache, Turbo, 84 W) • RAM: 32 GB (4 × 8 GB DIMMs) • NIC: Intel I217-LM Gigabit Ethernet LAN • PSU: Single 290 W Bronze-rated power supply • Storage: No internal drives fitted (sold without HDDs/SSDs – I was using USB thumb drives for the OS) • Boot (previous use): USB thumb drive running ESXi, later Docker • Storage backend (previous use): Connected to a Synology NAS over the network – these T20s were compute nodes only

(I have a spare SSD to solve the no internal storage issue)
