Help finding a specific meme

I could have sworn I saw it on this sub but I'm not entirely sure if I did or not. I remember there being a cute anthro bird girl with a t shirt, I think blue and white feathers with black hair, drawn in a fairly detailed art style. She was slightly busty, looking into the viewer's eyes with a gentle, almost pleasing expression, and she had a cute delicate beak. The viewer's hand was holding a sprite of Minecraft seeds, and the meme said something like "luring birds with seeds in Minecraft be like" or something along those lines. Can anyone help me locate it?
