Does anyone else get paired with incompetent teammates constantly?

This is every single match. Why is the matchmaking system so trash. Nobody on my team should get 0 kills every single match. I shouldn't have to get 35 kills while try to do my best & still almost lose because the pairing system is garbage. I miss FFA tournaments, so I don't have to rely on a garbage team.
