Sales position

Going into sales (find shippers, no longer booking trucks).

Base salary approx 50k. 15% profit of what dispatchers book ‘my loads’ at. If I hit 30k in profit a month, i receive an additional 5% of said profit.

No PTO No sick days. No health insurance. No WFH.
