Blue Marida Cruz when?

I havent heard anything about it, but just as the title suggests why is there a blue unit card that has a link pilot that is red? There are no other links like this. I would love to build a BP graveyard deck and use Banshee to place the cards back in deck. but it's not possible. Give her the name Ple-Twelve or something and give her the Quattro treatment (Cyber-Newtype) (Earth Federation).
