I'm sick of caring so much

Sometimes i feel like i care too much about things. Even literal jokes aimed towards me by my friends make me think about them all the time. Sometimes i refuse/give up on things because i think too much about what people will think about me. Even when people give me normal advices on things i'm doing wrong, sometimes my mind just absorbs it like a lecture.
