I’m going to visit a dermatologist soon for my farmer’s tan around my neck area. Any advice?

my neck area is quite unsightly and something I’ve been insecure about since I was 12 ☹️ 😢

but im happy to finally do something about it. this dermatologist visit is covered so I dont have to pay out of pocket. (The doctor may or may not recommend something that may cost me out of pocket though, who knows)

any advice for me? Anything in particular that I should ask or discuss with the doctor? Any and all input is appreciated.
