Laundry Industry

Hey all, doing some research on the laundry industry and I'm trying to figure out why washer sales have been so high over the last couple years, specifically for Speed Queen? Any reason everyone started buying these recently, was it pushing through price increases, getting ahead of tariffs, etc.? Mostly interested in the commercial market.
