Question for Ontario landlords about property management companies

Hi landlords, I have a question for those of you who own rentals in Ontario.

I’m reviewing a few different property management companies and one of the names that keeps coming up is Royal York Property Management. I’m not advertising or promoting anything, I’m simply trying to understand how they operate from the perspective of actual landlords who have worked with them.

My question is:
If you’ve used them, what was your experience like in terms of communication, maintenance handling, turnovers, and tenant screening?

I’ve seen a mix of opinions online, so I’d prefer to hear directly from landlords who have had firsthand dealings with them or similar companies in the region.
