Stopped taking it because sick

So I stopped taking my meds for like 3 days now because I’m extremely sick with the flu and I thought the medicine that I was taking to help with my sickness would mess me up so I was thinking i would rather be safe than sorry. I’m on 75mg and been on Zoloft for a little over 2 months and my anxiety is literally so extreme again. I didn’t think just 3 days off it would revert back. I have a meeting with my psych tomorrow hopefully he can give me some advice
