HP DeskPro 400 G3 Power light

My HP Deskpro 400 G3's light under the power button, is flickering and a way weaker light than it was yesterday. Earlier today, I tried turning my PC on and it turned on for a second, the fan too, and it shut off shortly after and it tried again by itself. Is it over my computer or can it be saved.
