Trying to layout my options and want more experienced inputs.

Driftscussion

Hey all, fwd idiot here. I'm not completely inexperienced with going sideways but most of it was in a truck in a field and I'm wanting to get into some form of actual drifting. Unfortunately I live in the rust belt hell so my best options are all trucks cause everyone thinks you need a truck for snow. Also doesn't help that every good driftable option up here is priced like gold, blown to hell, or rusty enough to make a floridian die.

The most common ones I keep seeing are 96-07 manuals and I want some input if it's even worth my time from people who atleast do this. If y'all have any secrete gems I should keep my eye peeped for on FB marketplace that would be appreciated too.
