Buying first POCO phone tomorrow

Hello, am buying my first POCO phone tomorrow, the POCO f7 and I see a lot of people having problems with the software which to me look like not real issues to be complaining about. My question is does the phone come with adds in the UI by default if so can you remove it in settings? Also how much screen on time do you get with your Poco F7 6500mah if you have one during a light and medium use day? Thanks.
