Will I get any kind of reactions?

I am 19M about 2 days ago I had some anal itching in earlier that day I had watery stool and just a bit later after that I had some itching I tried washing it with a cloth using soap and water and thet didn't work so I used otc hydrocortisone 1% and I applied too much and used it will I be alright is there a chance of any side effects to happen?
