Why? Why when I don't expect anything it happened suddenly?

So I have this ex Sp before that I manifested from zero. I just literally saw him once before on gym way back 2021 when I had my vacation on my parents city and I was like dang this guy is fine after that I didn't see him again and I went back to my city. Fast forward this year early 2025 I helped my parents to move in a new village and I saw him! I was like shocked because it turns out he's our neighbor. I was like walking one time and I saw him with his friends. I feel like he looks at me and messaged my friends haha like I'm delusional. Then later that night I was so freaking nervous and shocked because he approached me and asked my name the rest was history. However we didn't end up because his emotional traits didn't match with mine then I went back to my city since vacation is over and I manifested him for many months where his emotional characteristic matches mine but I feel like nothing happened. Then yesterday I went to the city again to get my parent's presents for me then I stopped by at coffee shop and I saw him there with his big bike! He looks at me and I stare at him back. He was about to leave the coffee shop then he went back again but that's it lol he didn't even say hi to me.
