Rebuilding Shimano PD-7800 Dura-Ace SPD-SL pedals, what quality ball bearings to get?

They each use 26 3/32" loose ball bearings, 17 on the outer and 9 on the inner. I'm just wondering which ones to get, brand and quality-wise. Apparently Shimano uses Grade 25, so is there any reason to use (or not use) Grade 10, which aren't really that much more expensive (at least on Amazon)?

Is Uxell any good, or are there better brands for this application, and if so where to get them? Or should I just get the Shimano bag of 62? But I'd rather get more, like 200, for future needs and in case I drop a couple and can't find them.

I tried reusing the old bearings, but the movement is rough. Of course it could also be the cups or cones, and the pedals are shot, but it's worth a try with new bearings.

I'm also using this out of production grease called Bullshot, which I got a tube of decades ago and still appears to be good. Is that ok, or are there now better greases I should use?
