Small mantis taxidermy

I don't know the right term for it, but I want to mount my late mantis Megatron posed and standing upright on a piece of cork bark as opposed to your regular pinned mantis specimen.

Either way, how do you prepare a mantid as small as a Carolina mantis? Mantids are very fragile from what I've heard and I'm afraid that when removing his innards I might ruin him. He's been frozen in my freezer for over two weeks now and I'm not sure what to try.

I didn't realize I'd need to remove his guts until now, before now I thought freezing would be enough to prevent rot and such. Any advice is appreciated :)
