Cat always seems hungry

I have an automatic feeder and feed my cat 1/12 cup of dry food at 4:30am (since that’s the time she usually wakes me up), 6:30am, 1:00pm, 5:00pm, 11:00pm and half a can of 3 oz wet food from 8:30am/9:00am and then again at 8:30pm/9:00pm. However she always seems hungry or begging for food. I took her to the vet who said everything normal but told me she was at risk of being overweight (11 lbs was her max recommended limit). I usually feed her the purina allergen reducing food and initially started her on the chicken and then switched to salmon since she’s a medium haired cat and while her coat looks great, I realized the salmon version has a lot more calories than chicken. Does anyone have any recommendations?
