Applying to Sciences Po/ Columbia University Dual enrollment

Hi! Im really hoping to secure a spot in this BA programme this fall to study social sciences, i have an IB Score of 38 points (actual score, not predicted) and was wondering f i should submit and do i have a shot of getting in? Im also an international scholar from the MENA region currently studying (on scholarship) in the united states at a boarding school and my tuition is fully funded by the same programme (not sure if that makes a difference but thought id include it) i would appreciate any advice or tips for admission!
