Have the Devs Considered Professional Contracts?

I know that the devs have been struggling with funding this project, but I suspect this is a matter of market fit more than anything. I recently put a friend of mine on the game who works for the State Department, and he's been extremely impressed.

I wonder if this game might have potential as a war gaming or diplomatic training tool to train people to think in terms of others interests and with grand strategy in mind.

These are famously difficult to teach, and I have no doubt that certain universities and public agencies would be extremely interested in a product that effectively taught such things. Think of it as a flight simulator for the geopolitics: a safe approximation of a risky task.

Have the devs sought such contracts or to connect with such a market?
